We are taking you behind the scenes for a quick glance at how we prepare for some upcoming trade shows. A lot of work goes into a show – arranging products, mocking up packaging for new concepts and prototypes, designing booth décor, rearranging product displays — and re-rearranging — and so much more. It’s a multi-departmental undertaking with input from Sales, PDS (Product Development & Sourcing), Marketing, and Warehouse. By the time we finally ship out our skids to the show, our booth will have gone through multiple changes.
