In serving as Chief Executive Officer, Hillel has overseen Coda’s growth from a small family business to a global manufacturing enterprise. With an impeccable business sense and great vision for consumer needs, Hillel is able to create opportunity and transform the vision into successful ventures.

Moshe Tropper

President

Moshe began his career at Coda in 2002 and is responsible for setting up and running its entire overseas network. He has been successful in putting together an amazing devoted staff, and continuously oversees all of Coda’s international operations.

A man of many hats, Moshe's responsibilities include product development, production and logistics. His language of choice is split between English and Chinese but he often finds his mind thinking in the latter.

Baruch Travitsky, CPA

CFO

After receiving a B.A. in Accounting from Touro college, and a Master’s in Business Computer Information Systems from Baruch College (pun not intended), Baruch became a Certified Public Accountant in New York State.

Starting his professional career at Deloitte as a senior accountant in the Banking and Securities Group, he joined Cambridge in 2003 as a controller and shortly thereafter was promoted to CFO.

Baruch is known to leave no stone unturned in both his professional and personal life. While not crunching numbers, he can be found crunching at the gym, or biking and enjoying other outdoor activities.

Steve Keilson

Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing

Steve joined Cambridge in 1999, and was soon appointed Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Since that time, Steve has led the sales team through a period of exponential growth and expansion, and has helped the company capitalize on many new initiatives. He always has his customer’s best interest in mind and will stop at nothing to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

What makes Steve so unique is his passion to please, coupled with an incredible memory and an even better sense of humor. Always followed by a chuckle from a colleague or customer, Steve will brighten your day while helping you achieve your business goals.

Charnie Adler

Director of Logistics

As director of logistics for over 3 decades, Charnie ensures your freight arrives in the right place at the right time, dealing with all the variables along the way. Since she deals with people in many countries and various time zones, you will always find her with a coffee in one hand, a piece of chocolate in the other and her eyes glued to the computer screen.

You know you are in good hands with Charnie because of her full commitment and dedication to her job.

When she isn’t working (which is rare), she is passionate about cooking and enjoys the company of her daughters and Mr. Hershey’s chocolates.

Vincent Wan

General Manager, Coda China

With a long history in management, Vincent Wan joined Coda in August 2010 as its General Manager of China Operations.

Vincent can be described as reserved and all about business. He is a man who takes his responsibilities very seriously and ensures that the operations run smoothly and products manufactured in our facility are of the highest quality standards.

Vincent enjoys spending time with his wife Grace Li and their two daughters, Apple and Orange. He also enjoys traveling, running and reading.

Cathy Parrish

Director of Customer Service and Purchasing

Having worked for 18 years in distribution, and then 10 years in accounting and project planning, Cathy brought her extensive business knowledge and experience to Coda where she has built a strong and energetic customer service team.

Never allowing herself a moment to rest, Cathy is always looking to grow personally and professionally. She went back to school in her 40’s, received a bachelor’s degree in psychology on her 50th birthday, and then graduated with a master’s in Community Counseling two years ago.

Cathy’s time may belong to her work, but her heart belongs to her Siberian Huskies. Having met her husband through dog shows and racing, she has been fortunate to raise a close knit family full of man’s best friends.

Stuart Neuman

National Sales Manager, Coda RSS

Prior to joining Coda in 2014, Stuart spent two decades selling into the retail and distribution markets. As an expert in the field, Stuart is able to meet the constant demands of his customers with exceptional service, a big smile and a short story.

Stuart can best be described as someone driven; with more energy than the bunny. He will work day and night to ensure that he is meeting his customer’s expectations.

A man with a big heart, he spends most of his spare time volunteering as a paramedic and enjoying the company of his wife and children.

Chuck Richards

Product Manager/Category Analyst

After graduating from Middle Tennessee State University in 2002, Chuck began his professional career working for an ad agency where he was responsible for managing all of their print and digital campaigns. He then transitioned into the world of consumer goods where he was the product and marketing manager for a major oral care company.

Chuck joined Cambridge in 2013 as a product manager. With a keen eye, attention to detail, and a wild imagination, Chuck has helped the Cambridge brand transition itself from a traditional industrial product line to a first class retail branded product line.

Chuck’s favorite thing to do is spend time with his two sons Canon and Kellan. He also enjoys playing sports especially basketball and football. When he’s too sore from playing he enjoys watching his favorite teams, The Tennessee Vols and Pittsburgh Steelers dominate the gridiron.

Miriam Rosner

Creative Director

Miriam graduated from Thomas Edison College with a degree in computer programming, and a longstanding passion for graphics and web design (in fact, she created her first website at 14 years of age).

In 2002, Miriam went to work for a toy novelty company where she ran their print and online catalogs. She joined the Coda team in 2012 and was quickly promoted to Director of Marketing as a result of her talent, dedication, and relentless pursuit of perfection.
